Hi my name is Jade and I'm passionate about fitness and nutrition when it comes to reaching ones goals. I have an outgoing, bubbly personality but will push you you to your limits and still keep a smile on your face.

You'll never be disappointed with the training we do together as I make it a little different every session and with the records I keep we can watch you achieve results after results! I'm confident enough to say I'm good at what I do as I don't see this as a job but a way of life for me to be able to help anyone who has the dream of bettering themselves as I can help them do that no matter what their goals might be.

I enjoy interaction with people and especially with helping them acheive the fitness & well-being goals. I've worked in the owed a fitness club for approximately 5 years and have always enjoyed various sporting activities, especially those in the weight loss and muscle gaining.

I specialize in muscle toning and sculpture and always in hand to give nutritional advise,but most of all i like have fun with my client.

I love helping people loss weight and tone up.I also write poems and my big passion is writing music so building muscle and losing weight is like writing an symphony.
