After an initial assessment training, a series of practices will be designed to cater to your individual needs and goals.

You can undo years of bad body use, by learning to re-educate the body to move correctly Our muscles reflect repetitive patterns of use, dis-use or mis-use. Changes in muscle function particularly affects our postural muscles that lie deep within the body. If they weaken, other muscles will take on their role and muscle imbalances occur.
